Unfortunately we lost 33-22 but I was told that we played really well. Score at half-time was Penrith 16-4 I believe. I got a friend at the game to sms me so I don't have any other details on this.

Yeah, the Cougars raced out to a 20 point lead halfway through the second half and it looked like we were going to kill them, but the Knights came back with three tries in pretty quick succession, but then we scored a late try and field goal for the final score.

ok i watched the game when i got there so i only missed out on the first few mins of the game.
we wee struggleing but in the late part of the first half and all through the 2nd half we really picked up. it was great.
few of the guys..... buderus, hughes, o'davis, newton, price were watching the game and they were really getting into it. buderus was so busy watching it when he was walking that he almost fell over!! :lol: :lol:
George Carmont was great. did some good things but he will improve.
ennis was everywhere but in a good way.
all the boys were good they just need to work on their defence.

It's actually the Panthers - the Cougars are only first division. Sorry to pull you up on that! :lol:

But yeah, the Knights were unlucky to lose that one. Looked like they were the better team.

In mathews we drew with the roosters - 16-16 i think the score was - it was a bloody awful game and both sides deserved to lose. The best for the knights was the fullback Jenkinson - and Morgan McGuire impressed me a lot - he got in the clear off a forward pass and he was away - he is fast.

I had to leave at halftime in Ball - the Roosters were up 4 nil from a lucky try when we dropped the ball on the first tackle. I thought our big forwards were starting to get on top when I left - and it was a high quality game as befits two unbeaten teams.

Larry Taufua is only being used in short spells - but he is like a human wrecking ball when he is on the field. He is the best new player i have seen so far this year - someone at the game said he looks like civonecea - and he does.
