It looks like I am the only one who thinks the Knights can beat Parra.
The Knights have a good side this week.
Witt, Brown and Price return from injury, giving the team a total of 10 players with firstgrade experience.

I tip:
Canterbury
Tiger
Bears
Newtown
Parramatta
and Souths to beat Manly.

I'm really looking forward to the double header at Henson Park.

Dragons, nothing else matters. Shame such a classic stoush (playing the jets) is up against Origin though because they have a habit of being some of the best Premier League matches each year.

Parra hardly have a bad side in REggies

Henry Perenara has played test footy for New Zealand
also got Marucs Perenara who was picked for NZ's tri-nations squad in 2004 without having played a top grade game but pulled out due to injury.

Then Ash Graham, Chris Muckert, Luke O'Dwyer and a few others who have played 1st grade.

Parra obviously have a good side, because they are leading the comp.
The Knights have a side of young blokes who have been pushed up to firstgrade before their time - but they tasted firstgrade, which makes them better players.

Hinton - a kid who should still be in Flegg, but could play firstgrade
McManus - a very handy kid who played Flegg last week
Tremain-Cannon - a kid from Broken Hill who played firstgrade in trials
Young - played firstgrade last season
Salkeld - played firstgrade this season
Tighe - played firstgrade this season
Witt - has played about 20 games of firstgrade
White - played firstgrade this season
Berry - up from Flegg last week
Kennedy - about 30 games of firstgrade over two seasons
McLouglin - no firstgrade
Snowden - The MOTM for Aust and NSW U17s last season - a firstgrader this year
Maddison - Country player of the year last year

Royal - no firstgrade
Price - firstgrade for about 20 games
Brown - about 10 games in firstgrade

Parra 31 - 24 Knights.
The Knights were, as usual, decimated by injuries before kickoff. Campbell, Witt and Salkeld dropped out.
Gordon played on one wing and McLouglin on the other. Dureau played halfback, and Brown started at 5/8.
All the Knights points were scored by forwards down the middle, and almost all of the Parra points were scored by backs out wide.

Newtown 22-16 Saints.

The first Jets win over the Dragons since the Jets returned to NSWRL in 2000.

Ben Roberts kicked the goals for Magpies.
