If one side of the equation are allow to generalise and use extreme examples here, then surely the other side of the equation should be allowed to do just the same.

I don't understand the point of the five year plan.

I can understand wanting five consecutive wooden spoons - Kearney was very disappointed after our season 2011, though he did see some positive signs in us finishing 14th - but what is happening in regards to restructuring our management? Ossie might be gone, but Roy and 3P are still there. I was under the impression Roy was getting thrown out a window GTA style.

Are there any developments on those fronts? Is there anything brewing at the academy? I haven't heard anything about the academy actually; our current class of cheerleaders are rather disappointing, I thought that is why Kearney set up the academy in the first place! Was it not to correct the seriously falling standards at Parramatta?
