we've got farah and he's a more long term prospect as long as he can get into first grade and stay there..

Thats assuming the telegraph can be trusted but he was in their list of off-contract players today.

If Saints don't snap him up we should do whatever it takes

Ben Ross,Jason Ryles,Paul Stringer...nice.We really should make a massive offer for these guys.Really throw the kitchen sink at em.I would be happpy to pay 250k for Ryles and Stringer, and 200 for Ross.Especially Ross,I reckon he is a future star.Love him out this way.

Where are and Mason and Utai????

I must admit there is some talent there alright.

Ben Ross won't leave Penrith - he's always wanted to play for them and the fact that they are a superpower these days wont do anything to make him come to the Tigers.....add Ryles to that list

I don't think it was meant to be a full list, they were just picking the 'better' players from each club.

It doesn't mention Riddell either who is definantly off-contract

Well,If Penrith/Saints can only offer say 150,and we offer em 250.I can see about 100 000 reasons why they may want to come to the Tigers.

Ive done my maths, and reckon we have about 500k to spend. Two big boppers like these two and we are in business.

Offer Ben Ross 300k-350k if we have to.He stays a lot healthier than Ryles and Stringer. Not only that,he`s younger, runs harder and the Penrith coach gives his son more game time!I know Martin Lang is retiring at seasons end but that still could be used as ammunition!
Ben Ross will be the games premier prop in a year or two "mark my words".

I'm pretty sure the Dragons have an 1yr option on Ryles so I doubt he'd be going any where

ross and ryles will be re signed before the deadline.
we had a shitload of top dollar frontrowers off contract last year and they all re signed with their clubs.
clubs like penrith and the dragons won't let these players go.

now stringer is a different kettle of fish, and a player i think we have a more realistic chance of getting.there are more positives for stringer to come here than anyone else.he is the only player who would be improving their situation by changing clubs.
and you would hope that skando is signed pretty bloody soon.

Matthew Head would be a great buy. Since being picked up from Dapto on recommendation from Paul MacGregor, the Dragons have gone well.

Glen Morrison is the backrower the club needs.

Geddes and Stringer from Souths would be handy as well.
