Mate the Roosters have an awful large cap they manage to fit a state of origin team under the cap every year and still find room for the mid season pick up{last year Walker and Kafausi} so nothing would surprise when it comes to Easts.The league salary cap auditor must be a Rooster.Good luck though.

I have it on good authority that Priddis does want to come to the roosters.

It's because he thinks his talents and efforts are being wasted playing at Penrith who will be lucky to make the 8 this year.

The Panthers can do just fine without Priddis, the reason why he is probably not being paid as much as everyone else is, is for the simple that he is not a current representative player, like the rest of the team, must I say:

Sorry to say but check the latest news on the City-Country, I'm sure one LUKE PRIDDIS has been selected to play HOOKER for COUNTRY - that makes him a current representative player, doesn't it?
You also left out Ben Ross from your list (Qld 22 man squad) and Frank Pritchard (New Zealand's ORIGINAL 18th man).

My question is: WHO WOULD YOU REPLACE HIM WITH?

Drew hasn't done much this season. He looks really unhappy in Canberra and I think the moment his contract expires he'll pack his bags and return straight to Sydney. Hopefully his form lifts, but his playing in the wrong position here, we keep persisting him as a halfback, when his a damn hooker. No way drew can be our main play-maker!
Mind you, I wouldn't mind Priddis returning to his original home in Canberra

apparently he was due to sign.

Penrith apparantly gave him till April 30 to reply to the offer, but the offer didn't get replied to, I don't know whats going on.

I hope we re-sign him.
