Aaaand...Sifa wasn't in my side before round 1.

Lets get it all out in the open so we can move on.

Hiroti will get a start before Miller, Iro or Mudcalf . Trindal's stats a not impressive, f**king woeful actually and he kicked 4/8. He's a bum imo. But then again refer to the top line.

1 Mullas
2 Tracey
3 Hiroti
4 Cant think..
5 Katoa
7 Hynes

I’m with you on BT. If he proves me wrong then I will put both hands up. But winter is coming and I have pockets.

Fitz will make the call on who plays fullback that best serves the defence. In that sense Hynes is the best choice. He will organise the front line defence, be positionally sound, cover kicks best.

In attack, Hynes has the passing game to play Kennedy's role. This means Trindall plays 7. He can do a job. He needs to keep it simple.

I would love to see Miller get a run to see if his talent translates to the NRL but it might be a bit soon. Fullback is such a key position at NRL level. Can he come in and run the defence from the back, can he be safe under the high ball? There is only one way to find out.

I don't get the Williams hate, especially in the Warriors game. He seems to attract the ire of many for his indiscretions, I guess it's the timing of the fo-pas that create it.? Anyway he doesn't stand out to me as someone who is struggling in his role. His stats are average to good in areas, especially defense. Tackle efficiency is right up there. What am I missing?

Back onto Trindall, if you want to scapegoat anyone. He should be killing it at the Jets and it doesn't look like its happening. This going by some highlights and game stats from my lowly height of perception.

Just get the sense he's not going to step up.

I’m not looking to scapegoat him. For that I would have had to had high expectation on him but I’ve never seen the potential.

He's been chosen in six games for Firsts this year, for a total collective of 75 mins of rugby league. "Lucky" that Finucane got knocked out early against the Storm, which bolstered his playing minutes by 27.
If a scapegoat is going to be a player that hasn't even had enough game time that adds up to a full game, I'd find that a little strange.
Maybe the negative should be directed at Fitz for playing him in such a way? Or maybe Fitz has a plan for him and is bringing him through in a way that "Fitz sees fit".
I've always found stat's can be used for both pros and cons haha.

I agree, scapegoat was a loose term.

I also agree with this, he hasn't been used well. Even so, that would suggest he needs more time playing with the Jets.

Frenzy.

I’d be looking for as little disruption to the regular side as possible. Having already lost Kennedy and Jesse, you’ve already lost specialists in two positions. I wouldn’t want to be changing a third position by moving Nicho.

Miller to FB, Tracey to centre and Ikuvalu to wing makes most sense to me

That's pretty disruptive.
