Always been curious because I'v never tried it before, what does it taste like and how much excersize should you be doing to be taking it?

I need to exercize fairly regularly for work, mostly just cardio stuff, and I'v been curious for a while if I should start drinking it?

Will I put on weight from it if I'm not doing enough excersize?
Does it taste better with water? milk? etc, etc.

THe only places you could have issues ( and this is extremely unlikely) Is if your travelling to the places that are just generally a pain in the arse to travel in anyway ( E.g. India, USA etc) and that is only if its in your hand luggage. Some places in asia that are "off the beatem track" might question you but its probobaly just to make a dollar or two out of you

Travel with protein powders all the time.

Only got pulled up once (Indonesia).

They gave me some milk and I made a shake and drank it, they were happy with this and let me keep it.

Never had a problem coming back to Australia with left over powder (I take it in single use size glad bags).

I'll be travelling with single-serve pre packaged sachets of protein later this year to Europe. Was thinking of putting it into the single-use glad zip-lock bags, but thought that might look at bit dodgy..

I use Horleys Ice isolate protein powder, strawberry flavour, and its delicious. I have it with trim milk and tastes just like a milk shake (although I also have creatine and an amino booster mixed in as well).

Isolate is the purest form of protein, has no carbs but its quite expensive, approx $200 for 3kg bucket. Protein blends are cheaper but often designed as weight gainers so you need to balance intake with exercise.

If your doing cardio only and not looking to increase lean mass then personally I wouldn't bother with protein supplements outside of a normal protein-enriched diet, although it does help with muscle recovery.

I think it depends what is in it, probably safest to check with the airline.

I remember years ago, a guy I was travelling with purchased Hydroxycut (or something along those lines ???) in the USA and it had a substance in it that was banned in Australia.

I guess the main thing to check is if the country you are travelling to has any restrictions on those types of products
