Platform 5, according to http://www.transportnsw.info/

Looks to be fair few running.

So I was right??
Doesnt happen often.

GKD's post reminds me - dont know why - of going to Origin, or it may have been one of the semis last year...one of the cityrail staff at OP. middle aged woman, doing a great job, keeping the crowds in a good mood and getting them into the atmopshere of the game as we were exiting the station....lots of good hearted banter..a rap to her

are there any trains AWAY from the station after games?

im trying to get out of anz ASAP after the dragons vs tigers game on sunday to work, but the transport site keeps telling me to catch a bus and then a train or some BS....

the way in is an ABSOLUTE BREEZE. 25 minutes from central station to my seat at anz!!! amazing. but getting out seems like the usual hassle and i'm wondering whether i should bother. might have to leave at half time if there's nothing but trains (with a lot of trackwork going on) and busses.

Is there a similar offer for NRL games at Allianz Stadium to get a free bus from Central to Moore park for those not wishing to make to 20 minute walk?

The public transport to ANZ Stadium is a f**king disgrace.

I had to pay $10, $10 f**king dollars to get a train ticket. I had to figure out which train get on, there's 3 bloody platforms - I sat here for an hour trying to figure out which one goes to Homebush; apparently you have to know higher maths to get there. When I finally figured it out, I had to wait, wait 10 minutes for it to arrive.

When the train arrived after seemingly an age, I sat down, & after 30 minutes of sitting, my butt got sore. Clearly, the geniuss at CityRail didn't even consider putting cushions on the seats for our comfort.

As I'm arriving, the voice over bitch (sounds like Gretel Killeen, so I assume she's a bitch) tells us that we have to get off at Libcombe for the stadium service. What the f**k man!? Surely decades ago they would have thought that there might be a stadium in that direction, & designed the line to where said possible stadium is. Idiots.

I get off the train muttering, when I am confronted...... by stairs. That's right, stairs. About 30 of em. I thought I was going to the footy, not bootcamp. After I finished vomiting, I get to the required platform, I see I have to wait - again - for 3 f**king minutes.

It was busy as hell on the second train, I had to sit next to someone! I think this was Australia, not Auschwitz.

Get off at Olympic Park, I am confronted by more stairs. But I buckle up, knowing that my ordeal is over. I get to the top, & I see it in the distance, ANZ Stadium - the only problem is, the distance is about 800 METRES AWAY WHAT THE f**k!? I DIDN'T REALIZE I HAD TO BE A KENYAN, TO WATCH SOME GODDAMN FOOTY!

Clearly, Dave Smith doesn't give a damn about the fans. And don't think Tony Abbott the right wing dog isn't partly responsible for this.

The Jews plight travelling to Auschwitz and making your way out to ANZ for a footy game is not comparable.

After all when you attend a game at ANZ you have to suffer trough a return trip too

The return trip is the real problem.

SOO: game finishes after 10. Line up with a million other merkins to get on trains that for some reason havent showed up yet. Not like you can go for a drink or anything afterwards because it's a Wednesday night. Finally on the train and you get to central at 12.20. And there are no buses running coz they finish at 12.15. In a major international city. From central station. So there goes $30 on a taxi

Love to see a map of the train tracks from Central to Lidcombe that seems to causes so many dramas with Olympic Park being serviced 7 x 24 from Strathfield

Cant understand why in 2000 we could do it easily yet in 2017 its almost impossible. Even though business has grow 20 fold
