Just coach the bloody team I reckon. Better coaches than Smith have with success, without the need of all that other mind game rubbish.

Yes the mind games have always worried me. I am an advocate of sports psychology but like the Kenny Rogers song says '...you have to know when to hold them, no when to fold them, no when to walk away, know when to run". In essence it can work but not with all players. I am not sure Smith can work that out.
