Why? Stagg is hopeless in Origins, Johnson has been a key ingredient to us winning 3 series' in a row. Stagg is average.

Now that is some fast tracking by Crocker. Don't really see the use of Harrison when you have Johnson in the side.

Overall pretty happy with it. Bit sus with Harrison starting, however I have no doubts he can get the job done. I thought Parker may have got a bench spot but I'm still happy with who's picked. Crocker in 11 would make for an awesome starting pack, but fair enough having him on the bench due to lack of match fitness.

Myles and Hannant easily play prop not to mention Price plays 70+ minutes anyway! Shillington is a pillow, glad to see him not in the side!

Johnson is much better than Parker. Parker is always good for 4-5 errors a game. I don't care how good form he is in, he makes errors! Plus I'd rather him be available for Brisbane anyway, it may be selfish but that is how I feel!

I agree on Hunt though, much better Origin fullback!

Harrison is the link for Thurston to the left side in attack out to inglis while slater is fullback. If Hunt is playing fullback it would be him.
this is how they played it last year and it was quite effective. Harrison is rock solid in defence as well. I think its a great selection and I was hoping he would be retained cos there wasn't much press about him.

As for only 1 prop on the bench, Price plays big minutes and Thaiday and Myles are both more than capable of filling that role.
