QLT = Quinton Laulu-Togagae

One of the most damaging and naturally gifted attacking players in the QLD Cup. Should be playing NRL somewhere.

Are Samoa breaking any rules? All players qualify via birth or parents.

Teams such as Scotland and Ireland rely heavily upon on GP rule.

Look at the BIG 3 (England, NZ, Australia) who even rely upon residency to gain players.

Well they've picked Matai and Stanley in their prelim squad and they have not completed the two-year stand-down period so if they pick them without getting special dispensation they will be breaking the rules. And if you manage to break RLIF rules you must be really doing something wrong.

In that case Tonga have broken the rules as well.

Q feels he would not be picked for the final squad.

He was going to cut together a dvd of his season and send it to Vangana when the season was done, but after seeing the names in the squad he got a bit gun shy and basically feels he would not make the final 25, which he probably wouldnt. He also has no idea how to cut together a dvd of his highlights haha.

He is a fantastic player and a lovely guy. he must play NRL next year, surely.

lerts be honest, the rlif dont really have any concrete rules, they make it up as they go along. they might go on about this 2 year stand down period but it will go where the minimum 6 domestic player rule went, down the toilet. they are pathetic.
