Forgetting injuries to Stagg, Ennis and Hunt arn't you? Hodges also has a bung knee and was being caught out for most of the night, one of the worst games Hodges has played.
He has a point though.

Locky was the only man in our 17 with a decent kicking arsenal, and as a result of his injury, we were no hope of mounting the required pressure to be a chance at posting any more points.

Brisbane were always going to struggle, same reason as the eagles. They had a massive high after a great win last week, and were obviously on a downer tonight. Also half the bris side played origin 10 days ago or something so mentally they would be coming of 2 pretty big highes,
Need a run soon or it might be all over for 2007

This has made my week to see the young dragons team get up against the Broncos any Dragons injuries from the game or did they all pull up?

The broncos which won 71-6 against knights, have lost to the dragons with pretty much a reserve grade team. Well Done Dragons though.

Yeah he does have a point and I probably shouldn't of snapped, frustrated season and the fact that he always takes cheap shots just resulted in that post.

Lockyer may of had an influence but to the Dragons credit, I don't think he would've added too much. Full credit to the Dragons though, it was the best they played all season and the halves combination of Chase and Soward looks quite good for the time being. They just outplayed us in every position, simple.

Aw well as far as I am concerned, 4 wins from 12 games see's us out of this years competition. Now I just hope to see us play with some passion like we did against the Knights and maybe knock over some big name teams.

Again well done Dragons, lap it up! It's an amazing victory and for everything you've had to put up with this year, I hope you do enjoy this victory!

Oh and another thing, funny how many games the Cowboys win without Thurston.

We nearly made a grand final with David Myles and Nathan Fien in the halves.

I think we'll be alright somehow. Your mob, however.....

Edit - just read your apology for snapping. Sorry mate

From laughing it up and defeating a hapless Newcastle Knights to being defeated 11-4 by the wooden spoon favourites decimated by injury ... what a difference a week makes for the reigning premieres.

 to St George Illawarra. It has all been said and will be echoed tomorrow. Congrats more importantly to Nathan Brown ;-)

That was a good win, based on enthusiasm, application & a much improved kicking game.

I think that some of the praise for tonight's performance should be reserved for the lower grade coaches... Brown is fortunate that he is being delivered 1st Grade quality players 12-18 months ahead of schedule...

I dread to think of the number of talent scouts from other clubs relishing the chance to watch the Dragons Reserve Grade team run around, whilst sitting in the comfort of their living room...

Re: Lockyer - The commentators on Ch9 seemed to think he would be right for next week.

Take from that what you will.

hahahaha oh dear, what happend?

great wins Dragons & Panthers, if i had the guts to follow up my hunches id have 2 tips right so far, but im sitting pretty at the top of my tipping comp and took the safe options tonight instead, grrrrrrrr!

Hope there are no serious injuries to any players, Lockyer will be fine but i was salivating at the thought of seeing Thurston (6) and Prince (7) come origin time.
