Well the footy gods really decided to test our depth... If anymore players get injured we might as sue for damages or something...

I know how you feel.... I have a seat on the sideline.... literally on the field.

My company drives the Peugeot RC car that takes the kicking tee out to Maloney for shots at goal...... gonna get plenty of use this weekend I reckon.

I put my hand up weeks ago for the gig, thinking it would be awesome to be on the field..... that was a mistake.

Dude - you control our destiny. Might be worth sacrificing your job for, but can you f**k around with Maloney a bit? You know... drive the ball in circles around him, speed up the car when he goes to pick it up so he misses...stuff like that.

Match winning try?
Just not sure if that'll be him scoring it or a Rooster running over him to score it.

Lucky me, I weaseled my way out of it. Have some family coming to town.... so that is also an excuse not to watch the game.

Given Mamo was named at fullback, I'm thinking we'll see some changes to the team before kickoff (similar to when Mantellato was named on the wing to cover for Mamo's debut, and also like the week that Hilder was named on the bench to cover for Tapine's debut)

I was thinking it might have meant we might see Gagai at fullback, but the word on the street is that it might be this:

9. Gidley
1. Mamo
3. Gagai
4. McManus
5. Uate
etc etc

with Waddell coming in and one of him or Clydesdale to start

Shame for Mantellato as he had a tough assignment over in NZ the other week, though the main reason will be if Gidley has a shocker at the back and Mantellato was moved out of the team for Gidley.

Anyway, the primary reason I will be watching the game tomorrow night is to see if SBW scores 150 for my supercoach team :) I will have the captains armband on him for some double points!

SBW needs to put out a big score to make up for the fact that Paul carter is a moron

Yep I have Paul "pisshead/moron/dickhead" Carter and Dave "never to play origin again" Taylor in my team lol

Given Tamou missed a couple of weeks last year (enforced by the Cowboys), I can see the Titans not playing Carter for at least a couple of weeks this year

Hope Clydesdale (and even Waddell) kill it just so we don't have to see Kurt at hooker (or hopefully in team) again

I'd take Waddell over Gidley every day of the week. Waddell might be ineffective but he doesn't consistently produce game changing errors like Gidley does. I much prefer the idea of Gids at fullback where he won't get his hands on the ball as much. And yep, I really want Clydesdale to have an absolute blinder so it puts more pressure on Wayne to bench Gidley going forward.
