We haven't had a few calls go our way, but we also were never in this.

Souths were immense, a completely professional performance.

Souths, Penrith and Storm will always put out any hype placed on us.

Theres why Webster talks about next year instead of this years final

Man, that Ford is a machine, he has a huge engine.
...and look who turned and ran the length of the field to try and stop Taaffe's try, and nearly got a penalty for his efforts.
They talk about hit ups and tackles etc which Ford features but they don't talk about the decoys. They are real oxygen burners. Ford runs heaps of decoys as well as busts his guts in all other facets of the game.

Disappointing but conditions were horrendous

we looked a bit one dimensional with our kicking esp when we had so much possession in the 1st 20

not sure about the bench or how it was used. Our bench impact was poor

Anyway keeps the suspense going. Are we the real deal or will we fade when it matters

I'll watch him more. Love hard workers. Too pissed off to give anyone credit tonight.

Maybe or we just cant beat the top teams
That’s probably part of it, it’s learning to get consistently up to that level

Some impressive wins this year so far, but if I think back the past couple of years, Manly 2021 and Sharks 2022 got high spots on the ladder but couldn’t compete with the big boys in the finals after not beating them all year

I'm afraid I see that, as being the case for this team as well.

If they only showed some fight back to win or lose by 2. At least that would show everyone that we're right with them.

But no..

Chin up fella. The ref did you no favours.
I can't believe how dumb some players are running so close to the sideline in the wet...too easy to be slid over into touch.
Super dumb. Shouldve been on their tip sheet to not flirt with the damn sideline. Cant even do that.

I'm not too upset.

We weren't good by any means, but we were on the end of that rain and some average calls too.
We didn't throw in the towel, but lost a lot of ball overplaying our hand with a bar of soap.

I was only truly annoyed at the 5th tackle bombs to the wrong corner, ffs what was that.
