Maxwell is an idiot (meaning that for both sides) and very happy with the win we dont usually come from behind and win close ones.

The thing was, though, once we had scored a try, I don't really remember us having a chance to score another try on the back of it, which would've been huge.

Once we got 24-14 up, we didn't do much else. Kinda like that Newcastle game earlier in the season. That made me sick.

In earlier games we've looked to create that chance. It was a carbon copy of the Newcastle game, and it's the way it should be too. The team willing to show flair and enterprise should be rewarded.

Poor as the Warriors were, they were crawling to a 10 point victory and completing all their sets

Then Maxwell decided that only the Raiders could have the ball for the last 20 minutes, and after what seemed like an eternity of dire Raiders "attack", they managed to eke out a couple of soft tries.

i think it was last season or the one before hohaai was killing it from dummy half.

i would rather have him coming off the bench then gatis. although gatis has been going alright lately, didnt do much tonight though. especialy with this warriors sides go forward, he's got a good kicking game too. i thought he had a good game a few weeks ago, even though he was playing out of position in centre. set up some tries too. i think it was against saints.

i think they should give him a go in hooker off the bench. i've hardly seen him this year. has he been injured? or playing PL?

Aah well what can we do? The bounce of the ball can be cruel. To hold out defensively for an entire 10min perioid close to fulltime? Big ask, and obviously any team would crack some how.

The Warriors just weren't very willing tonight and it showed. Half the forwards were passing and that is not their job. They just wanted to dump the thing off to someone else.

There was one significantly bad call against the Warriors (but it happens so often now, it's actually easy to become immune to). They also screwed three chances early in the 2nd half.

Would having Wade there made a difference? Or as some one else here said about bringing Hohaia back. Would he have mad a difference? There's no direct answer.

What hurts was the fact that the winning tries came up the middle, where the Warriors D has been pretty strong.
