Can't say I know a lot about either player. Looking forward to seeing how they go tomorrow.

Also, is Mamo injured? Or has Uate just got a mortgage on the position despite being the drizzling shits this season?

They said they wanted to give Mamo a rest this week after a full on month with playing FG and rep so he hasn't been named in any team.

To be honest I don't mind Aku coming straight back into the side. He was really starting to have a go and his form was improving in the couple of weeks before he got injuried. And while Mamo has done well I still think he has a couple of little things he could work on (for example positioning especially in attack) before he's ready to take anyone's spot permanently (although I'd probably cheer him taking Boyd's atm).

First time I'm watching under 20s this year.

30 minutes in and thoughts are:

Sione is all class, showed great hands and strength for his first try.

Really liking the number 17, Fitzgibbon. He's a unit and I don't think has been taken down yet.

Rested from first grade.

It's scary how good our Toyota cup team is this year. I hope we can keep the majority of these players at the club

That was a great game to watch!
It's clear we have some quality talent in that team, but we're really really well coached too it would seem. Who's the 20s coach?

Rick Stone is the reserve grade coach right?

Mick crawley.

Agreed about the coaching. Watching the team play, and it isn't really a case of bigger players monstering smaller players, because I would argue our team isn't that big. They are all talented though, and are coached extremely well.

Plus, there's Mamo and Sione. Those two players can make something out of absolutely nothing.

Gidley's gotta retire.

He is holding us back so much - in many ways. And is a liability each game.

What a farcical try. It should never have gone as far as it did, and Suttor tied the video referee's hands by calling it a try before sending it up. Didn't look like a try for mine, but the video doesn't show enough conclusive angles to disprove it.

At the end of the day, though, what the f**k were our idiot backs doing trying to throw it around in goal? f**king geniuss.

So the refs call that a try from first view? I give up. NRL doing its best to lose a lifelong fan.

Also watch Mullen's chip bombs if you want one reason why he can't get picked for Origin. Peessure relievers. No repeat sets.

That was a fair try to the Panthers. BJ is dumb.

This whole team does some stupid things. Starting to wonder if we'll even reach the amount of wins the under 20s have amassed just after 9 rounds.
