Feleti Mateo up for grabs. No offer made. Sam Williams off contract. No offer. Mick Crocker. No offer. What is this club doing? I seriously doubt Bennett will be here next year. Especially with Griffin under pressure. Nothing ever ever changes. The dogs are barking. Loudly.

People said Bennett would be good for Stone's career long term. They were right - Stone's market value goes up every week given what he achieved with a bigger rabble than this.

Yeah, Boys is starting to really get under my skin now. You can deal with his princess antics when we're winning... but when we're under the pump we need maturity from him, and he can't provide it. He always plays the victim.

I really hope that Daley picks Gidley for nsw so we at least get a couple of Gidley free games for the knights

We're paying him to change the culture of the place from a club that looks entertaining and scrapes through a season 12-12 to a club that can make the finals every year and compete. We're paying him for his pulling power to sign players. Yes, we're paying him to make us play well, too... but I've already said once or twice this year that when we're on song, we currently play the best football we have played as a club since Joey was lacing boots. It's up to the players to find consistency, too. The gameplan works, and it's pretty bloody simple. They can't go out there and execute and maintain intensity. Having our full leadership group on the field would help a lot. Gidley and Boyd arn't acting like leaders out there at the moment, either (2 of our 5 "leaders"), which is hampering us.

I'll mostly agree with that. It's failure to follow that game plan (as boring as it is) that has resulted in this loss.
Flair is great but it needs a solid foundation.
We let ourselves down with handovers, poor edge defense and shutting down when they lifted their intensity.
All credit to Canberra for putting on a good display.

Oh and why would we want a world class frontt rower like Asotasi? See a pattern forming.
lol, what about Asotasi's 10 runs for 80 metres did you enjoy the most on Friday night? Kidding yourself... why the f**k would we want him? Korbin Sims is already a more effective ball carrier.

haha cheerleaders walking out giving the Raiders players milk- just what you want sitting in your gut after 80 minutes of footy.

Zero line breaks to 10 after the 14th minute. This team is not going to grind it's way to a premiership like the Dragons did. I also think other clubs are significantly better than they were when the Dragons pinched it.

We were shit. They didn't play too great and really anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves. Shades of our win in round one against a woeful Tigers.

It is easy to shut our team down- all you need to do is rush up wide in defence when we look to spread the ball and everything comes to a complete stop. We haven't got the forward power to make good yards up the middle or on the fringes.

I think performances (from a Knights perspective) such as todays' will be over come July. I reckon there will be better form and consistency in the last month and a half of the regular season...

I don't understand how last week, Uate and Gagai were torn apart in defense but this week, apart from being hammered with high balls to Uate, they're the better side?

Won't matter, we could very easily be 0-5 on our next 5 games. Then nothing will matter.

Honestly he hasn't achieved any of that, we're still a team of mental midgets, still can't grind out tough wins. Maybe I'm saying this out of anger but give me Brian Smith back any day. He had a fraction of the budget, a fraction of the talent but he got the best out of them and atleast we were playing a good brand of football.
Bennett has been here 18 months and I think it's fair to say not one player has improved under his watch, results have declined, our roster is full of injury prone pensioners. I personally think Bennett's gameplans are outdated and his man management skills simply aren't enough anymore. The only time we look good is when teams fold like 7-2 off suit in a game of poker. I think coaches these days need to evolve their tactics and approach, Bennett hasn't kept up with the pack in this regard
