Rabbitohs Injuries and Suspensions

To change the subject, I was at my local take away this morning where I'm good friends with the owner. One of his other mates was in and commented on my Souths hoodie. Turns out he is good mates with Reyno, has known him for years. After he left my mate the owner said he will organise with this other bloke for the next time he gets together with Reyno down here that he'll let me know so I can meet up with the little champion. I genuinely can't wait.

That's 13 on the injury list now but 3 could be back this week which would bring it down to 10.

Only the roosters have similar with 12 but 3 of those are no name lower graders who have yet to play first grade.

Jack no sanctions or fines for his great try saving tackle keppi one week Sullivan one week
f**k me, we're not going to be able to field a team next week for the big Good Friday clash!

They're hoping for a record crowd but they're also ruining the spectacle before a ball has been kicked with these stupid suspensions for imagined, blindly guessed "force" to a side that is already decimated with injuries.

The NRL continues to be a clown act.

And, glad Wighton, at least, wasn't suspended because they realise at speed and in real time, it wasn't a hip drop but a complete accident that he landed on the bloke's legs just making the tackle at speed. Drop means downwards motion, which you can't do at speed. Duh!

Therefore, they've also then proven, by clearing it on review, that it shouldn't even have been a penalty. And it pretty much led to killing a close game which was still anyone's and handing the result to the Cowboys.

Great work bunker.

There was a good piece in the Herald about Wayne questioning the refs decision to call it a hip drop. Don't know if that had any bearing on the judiciary but main thing is he has no case to answer.

It’s getting to the point that most match determining plays are made by the bunker they have more control over the outcome than any player or coach and they can make or break a teams season
Well, they're just refs in there anyway. The Bunker is not the problem. It's the refs with their black and white rulings and their lack of feel for the game.

Those that can, play. Those that can't, ref.
