As much as I’ve enjoyed Ramien this year I’m picking Burton over him in origin all day
They will definitely go for left side player to replace Mitchell. As has been said, Crichton can play both sides and Burton is a left sided player. Both have played with Cleary and Luai so the combos work.Does anyone else think they will pick a left side player?
ramien, staggs, Lomax, chrickton, all right side
They won’t pick a guy in the wrong side for his debut, to mark up against gagai. Certainly not origin Gagai.
best and burton are left.
If turbo is out as well then Ramien is in with a better shout.
Because… Andrew Johns …How is Best even in contention? He is poo!
Lomax, Crichton, Staggs, Burton would all be ahead of him rightly or wrongly.
If Cook goes down I reckon Blayke is a massive chance. I reckon API would have his card marked no matter what they say publicly.
Nicho would be the perfect 14. But I reckon they’ll go Pap

Stop this talk. No Sharks for Origin duty
thank you
Talakai was born in Sydney.
But I bet you all make the assumption he isn’t eligible….
It was brought up last week on one of the TV shows, he may have declared for NZ, I think I heard that, which nullifies his eligibility. Not 100% sure though. He did play for the Junior Kiwis.
also remember that little halfback we had that got called up and threw 'just one goat' pass which Mango accepted with glee.
He (the No7) came back to the sharks a basket case
The absolute key to Ramien’s resurgence has been consistently giving him early ball.
Chad loved the inside pass to Nikora, which was so predictable that it failed 99 times out of 100.
Yeah but if Ramien goes in and has one of his brainfarts .... i'll back in he wont come back in a good state. He went in as a basket case.
