I know a fair few people (currently) with the flu including my daughter. She spent the entire week at home this week. She’s saying it was worse than covid.

I still cant go past the Titans v Tigers game earlier this year as the worst display of NRL i can remember. Everything else is SOO intensity compared to that.

Yeah I agree, as I mentioned the tigers titans game to my kids not long ago. But this isn’t that far behind.

I got it about six weeks ago - was a bastard. Thought it must (finally) be covid, but negative RATs and PCRs later, going to the doc said it wasn't covid but had worse symptoms than covid (for most, except most vulnerable etc). Took forever to lift out of it and stop coughing overnight.

Daniel Saifiti should not be in the NSW team. He’s f**king horrible. They will still pick him though.
3 of the 4 halves and 6 of the 8 spine players in that game are genuine reserve graders.

A heap of staff at work have gone down with the flu as well as a bunch of others with Covid the last couple of weeks. Thankfully I’ve avoided both so far.

Dunno about in Sydney, but it’s absolutely rampant on the GC and it’s a mean bitch of a flu too.

I'm (scheduled to be) flying overseas next Friday.... Heading to the old country (@Gary Gutful ) for 3 weeks... Both my teenage sons have had Covid, but me and the missus have avoided it so far and no flu either.... Fingers crossed I stay lucky for the next 7 days ... But I have to say, I'm amazed I've avoided it so far with 2 close contacts.... Just lucky I guess
