This week's thread is dedicated to Kornstar. Damn it buddy, you were right. :(

Really dissapointing effort today. Newcastle played a reckless style of football with plenty of ridiculous offloads that some how kept sticking but we simply failed to complete our sets which when combined with our abysmal edge defence (particularly down our right) contributed heavily to the loss.

3. Tim Mannah
2. Tepai Moeroa
1. Kenny Edwards

Moeora and Edwards wouldn't have polled if it wasn't for the dismal efforts elsewhere.

3-Tepai. Some errors, but that's expected from a young kid. Run like a train and defended well
2-Kenny Edwards. Again, ran hard on the edges and was the only other forward to look dangerous
1-Tim Mannah. Worked hard, if without as much impact and drive as he can have at times

I don't really want to give any of them credit but...

1 Moeroa. Dropped a couple but the try was great and he was punishing in defence.
2 Sandow. Played well for the most part. Maybe I'm just comparing him to Norman.
3 Mannah. I dunno. Made some metres. f**k it.

Hoppa and Sandow were the only backs that may have deserved a point, and Edwards.

I know we lost but its good that for a good half of the season Sandow has been in everyone's 3,2,1's most games

Pretty stunned at some of the votes on here. If Sandow wasn't our best by a mile I was watching a different game.

3. Sandow
2. Moeroa
1. Mannah

Moeroa (and Edwards) errors were very costly but I gave him 2 because he had a real dig and scored a great try.
