What idiots at NSW Transport put this shit on when Penrith are playing at Parra stadium so there is no express train from Penrith to Parra

My brothers mate is a Penrith fan said the home game against the chooks took fans 2 and half hours to get back to Penrith a few weeks back

Like no wonder most said why bother going back again

You follow it more closely then me but what difference is 24hrs going to make for example for that trackwork to be done between Penrith and Parramatta

These trackwork shutdowns are planned months and months in advance. There's a lot of pre-planning that goes into them. They often last more than a day. Weekend shutdowns are obviously the best time so as to not inconvenience weekday commuters.
TfNSW will look at very large events when planning these shutdowns. (ex: Taylor Swift concerts, the Easter Show etc....
Events planned long ago.
If they had to take a Panthers vs Cowboys game into account, no work would ever get done.
Unfortunately, that's the way it works.

Manly I don't really mind but it really is insular peninsula mentality with them.. so eff them too.
Draw is probably best result for when these 3 play each other but would rather see storm and Manly win a semis/ GF than then grub dogs.. their filthy, grubby, dirty tactics does it for me in conjunction with their supporter base

Mine too. I think the idea is good.
But in practice, as @Wally21 said, they are confusing and I too don't understand what they are given for most of the time.
It always seems to me to just be an easy way for the refs to square things up. They never have to be explained.
