Did Guff throw the intercept? I’m not a coach kicker but the selections are odd. Matto needs to start and if you’re persisting with the hooker at least get Hands on early. Davey leaked in defence too. We need a big fast islander to replace the dumpster too.

The thing is we played a side that probably is going to finish bottom 5. We didn't play a top 8 side. So is it really something to be proud of to just lose to them? They where 3-1 outsiders

I've been saying for best part of 6 months, I'd love Tannah Boyd in our 17. He's no superstar anywhere but can play 9 better than our starting 9, is a better halves backup than anyone we've got in reserves and could easily play #13 role. And kicks goals if you need him to. Probably would cost ~300K. Bargain

Large periods of that game where we dominated the middle yet had nothing in attack to capitalise. Surely BA has seen what the 4 hit ups and a bomb has yielded so far this season. Can’t go into the game hoping we can just score through offloads and individual efforts from dyl.
Also good to see that BA’s new recruit was the answer to our defensive issues on an edge.

Hodgo bench warms unless Hands is tired or playing bad.

I am heading O/S in late June for 2 months it's probably a good thing to get away.

As I don't think we are going anywhere this year.

Just seems like one of the those years we can't win a close game.

Until we make the defence the priority we ain't winning a comp.

Only the cowboys in 2015 since the 05 Tigers has anyone outside the top 2 defence sides won the comp.

We just leak too many points to be a threat.

Gutho missed a crucial tackle in the lead up to their last try, not to mention gifting them an intercept.

Why did BA take Matto off???
