But, in most instances, the coaching staff have chosen this situation, it wasn't thrust upon them.

We've let 3 players with over 200 games of NRL experience leave, and chosen to play another three, with over 175 games, in reserve grade (one of those has chosen he'd rather stay at home and not bother).

In my view, the club has no one to blame but themselves for the current predicament.

spot on

I think Ryles has got a free pass for this year, being a rookie he is making mistakes.

Im prepared to see how we are this time next year to see us in a good place moving forward

Be beyond depressing if its same ole'

There’s always going to be growing pains when your side is so full of youth. But there’s plenty of potential there. I’d rather see them given a run than roll out Matto and Bryce again. It’s not like last season was much chop. Can’t wait to have a few of them off the books and let Ryles go into the market.
The market is bare. Nobody of note will be coming until 2027 and by then these monkeys will deliver us back to back spoons.

What about brown blaming fox for passing to him at the end there, and saying he should have gone himself....and then going on to say that it was a hail Mary pass and we were lucky to even be in that position...

God I hate that airhead dopey f**k. I wish he could just f**k off to Newcastle now.
Fox has actually been a real positive for mine. So much better overall game than Sivo ever had on his best day.

If we don’t recruit any elite forwards we will again be bottom 4.

No one on this coaching staff will get two spoons...they'll be shown the door well before that time if it even looks close to that way.

Absolutely the club and coaching staff have made the decisions that have us where we are - but those 475 games of experience had us at 3 wins, 6 losses and a bye at the same time last year, so it's not as if we have gotten significantly worse. And they have decided to play the long game - whether that works in our favour wont be decided after 10 rounds.

It’s always moving though isn’t it? Fifita for example. Wasn’t even being spoken about ten days ago. I’d rather free up the cash from Matto, Lane and Carty and play the youngsters. The roster is fkd and in a rebuild phase.

We looked far better in the first 3 rounds of last season, when Moses was on field, and we won 2/3rds of our games and lost only to the previous and eventual Premiers, compared to the last three games, when Moses was also on the field, and we've beaten only a team who probably won't make the Top 8, lost to a team that probably will make the Top 8, and a team who will likely finish bottom 6.

That is the only periods that can be compared to each other.

His 10th first grade game and some seem to be writing him off already.
Yeah pretty wild. Yep he bombed that try and dropped one bomb. If he was playing behind a gun pack in another team he’d be setting the comp alight. He hasn’t had the chance to yet. I think he’s going to be a very handy player.

I agree with thinking JAC should’ve just pinned the ears, he’s the only bloke out there who was going to outrun the Hammer. Shouldn’t be passing the blame for dropping the ball though.
