We deserve the lead, and really feel like we should be 12 up.

sivo aside from that first up lazy jog on the kick return has looked decent for once

The bench rotation kept us fresh and we looked the best we have.

now it comes down to if we have removed the second half fade outs now we have Gutho and Moses out there.

important Carty passes the HIA.

interested to see when and where Blaize gets the game

A much improved showing, although we still have some derpy defense in us. The focus will be on the difference Moses (and his kicking game) and Gutherson (and his leadership) have.

But it makes such a difference also having a decent dummy half who isn't serving up plod and isn't just logging off after doing his pass. Brendan Hands is hands down way better than Joey Lussick at this level - and thank f**k we have someone other than BA in charge to finally realise it.

Also, Kelma Tuilagi should never lose his edge spot to Shaun Lane again ever. Adds a whole other dimension to our side that Lane stopped giving way back in 2022.

Decent first half. Obviously turned up for this one

Dreadful effort for that second Sharks try, which probably tells us more than anything else in that half.

Who would've thought set plays inside the 20 metres could be a nice tactic though...it's great to see after it being virtually non-existent for a f**ken decade.

Interesting to see how Hands goes if he has to play 80 minutes.
We still have a tonne of plod in us !!!

Hopefully Barrett doesn't feel any pressure to fit Talagi into the game in the second half somewhere at all, unless needed to cover injury.

I'd hate for us to play so much better and actually be a chance of a win, only for Talagi's weakest link defence to f**k it up somehow.

Sharkies 2nd try was because Carty had just gone off and we hadn't made the change to fill his spot and Simmo was still limping from the same collision.

Once Moses was beat we had no real speed on that side for the chase.
