Tbf i wasnt at the game but were the dogs that bad with offside and slowing things down.

I never thought throughout game gee why isnt he blowing us penalties. Maybe the Moretti one in the last 10 mins when Pangai punched it out. But it didnt feel like a game where i felt we didnt get all these calls.

I thought a few of there penalties were a bit iffy like the Burton strip, Moses offside & Sivo no-try.

But with the flow of the game i didnt think the Dogs slowed us in the ruck.
Yeah work experience ref had a better game than last time but I also think that’s because neither team really pushed the boundaries

Cummins in the bunker is the most experienced ref, how the heck did he state that Simmonson prevented anyone in the backline tackling Sivo. He ran through the line as the rules state and Rajab deliberately collided to look for an obstruction , he realised that it wasn’t ann obstruction and kept going. Cummins again made up an indiscretion, Annesley will wash over it.

The touchie was metres from Addo Carr not grounding the ball and made no attempt to signal the knock on it was that obvious, a try gets awarded , what was he watching.

Yeah that Sivo no try was tragic. No common sense what so ever.

Can I also throw in the Moretti strip on his 1st or 2nd carry by Pangai Jnr ? WTF

It was clearly knocked out, same same the one where Choady knocked it out on Maka against Souffs.

One observation from the game, either reed really can't tackle or sivo really dislikes him.
I dont think many at the club like Reed tbh.

How many players after both games were putting there arms around him having a laugh like most do with there mates after a match.

One thing that popped into my mind was how much Reed overplays his hand for them. Then I remembered an interview where Reed stated Brad called him selfish, or similar and sited the 40/20 attempt in the Holden Cup GF that he missed.

Now I get that he doesn’t have Moses/Dyl/Gutho outside of him anymore demanding the ball, but he certainly appears to have too much involvement for mine. I’d argue that Hands on a can of coke and a pie deal is better value to the makeup of our entire squad than if we had have panicked and splurged big bucks to match the Dogs offer and as a result missed out on potentially re-signing Dyl or similar.

Huge shout out to superman. He’s been living up to his name over the past month.

he’s been in terrific form and no doubt he isn’t a winger. It’ll be a tragedy if ba includes waqa in the team.

smaller shout out to Russell. He’s been safe under the high ball and strong Carry’s. Will only improve.

@Avenger its only right….
He has been excellent. And I know what you are trying to do. 😉

Is Reed 3rd in QLD origin pecking order behind Hunt & Grant or has he slipped further down ?

Hands ran the ball more yesterday as well.

Not sure if it was deliberate as Reed doesn't run the ball.

Just needs to fix up some of his passing he got pulled up once for forward and there were a few pretty close that didn't get called up.

I would say so there isn't much else around.

Billy Walters is the broncos hooker only one who is a queenslander that plays for a QLD team in that position.

Verills for Titans is NSW
JMK for Dolphins is Kiwi
Robson for Cowboys is NSW

Further to that, I'm listening to MMM and it is so much better than Fox.
Maroon and James Graham are not only funny but not biased like the Fox commentary. James Graham has every reason to be biased towards the Bulldogs but he just isn't. A true professional. Like Sterlo.
Fox could do worse than getting him on board to replace dumb arse Roach.

It's unbelievable how bad Blocker is. His dumbness has been contagious too lately and the main commentator along side him comes down quite a few IQ points just by sitting next to him, just like yesterday. They sounded like Laurel and Hardy with Mr Magoo glasses on. It was so painful at times to listen to.

I can't believe we had to listen to the Undescended Testicle and Punch On(Mark Carroll) back to back(NSW Cup) it was horrendous. James Graham would be an awesome addition to replace Blocker who should never have been made a permanent caller of the footy. He is the sort of former player you bring in once a year or two just for yesteryear nostalgia purposes. That's it. Punch On Spud should count his lucky stars he has a gym and stick to that. Period!

Isn't the timing(syncing) out playing the radio over the FOX TV call?

The forward passes were sometimes not his fault. It is the timing of the receiver.

In one, asi was already in front of him. That one got pulled up
