He was named in the extended squad earlier in the week. So I guess just didn't make the cut...

Hopgood didn't play NSW CUP either.

His stats over the last 5 weeks have been amazing. Making close to 50 tackles a game and over 130mtrs.
He also leads NSW CUP in offloads. He will walk into our 17 imo.

Canberra defense is good. The way players slide and hold off when opposition is on a backline spread is great. We could learn heaps from them.
