And what, ultimately, did he deliver? Nothing. The same as every other "great" leader and consistent player we've had since 1986. No shade on Gutho, he was great for us during his tenure. But it was time to try something different. And even when he was a leader in our club he still played out every contract negotiation in public and let it linger on and on and on.... Our best leader of the past decade f**ked off and was in theory if you play hard ball, in breach of his contract, when the going got tough and he got more dollars elsewhere....
