We should be too good for them in the second half.

Not an ideal situation in parts of that first half, but if we can't win this game from here, we'll struggle against better opponents.

I'm prepared to say we can pack it up for the year if we don't get the win here.

Definitely high.
BUT
Watch the end of the Panthers Dolphins game. With 3-4 minutes to go there is a high tackle on Aitken that is almost identical.
No penalty
No sin-bin

I don't mind Sivo getting binned AS LONG as there is consistency.
