Agree. N.Brown works hard but should be used easrlier in set. Too often he gets ball on the attacking play and just kills the move. Doesn't seem to have players running off him as often.
Unless its a tactic by coach so that every now and then he throws the suprise pass.
It’s a definitely a tactic, look at where he ends up most of the time, it’s nearly always the same place, somewhere near in front on the posts (normally the aim is slightly left / right outside either post).
It puts either side / half in play on the last
It’s his role, a middle forward has to do it, can’t use an edge as it puts them in the wrong position on the field.
NRL sides attack are a lot more structured then most realise
