Cos its a total contrast to last week ... BA is trying to win .... salmon is most likely instructed to not overplay - its the logical thing to do with a rookie 2 games in .... fullback is a 3rd half option in attack these days - its what we did last week - cant believe it wasnt the case this game

We did a few things different this week. Hayne didn't swap with Norman until about the 60th minute, meaning Norman was playing a more traditional fullback spot for more of the game. Then towards the end Norman moved to 6 and Salmon to centre. We also had a forward with minimal passing game play hooker for about 10-15min.

Pretty poor that, we need to find a spine and stick with it. No organisation, no control, and no idea in attack.

I am not going to suggest Hayne was perfect once he was finally shifted to fullback full time. But he is soooo talented. I'd build the whole team around him Brown and Peni next season.

We had 2 hookers as Maloney needed a break, he is still a rookie.,plus the game was over and stone needed some game time. Maloney will eventually play 80 mins

He moved Hayne to fullback as Norman wasn’t offering much and we needed points

Didn’t see us have 2 5/8’s thought salmon played the whole game there.

Mahoney has played 80mins there before and did well. Much better than Stone who is not a 9. Norman went to 6 in the last 10.

I think they didn’t swap because we just didn’t have any ball in the first half, I think salmon is a centre based on the little I’ve seen him, runs well and strong defensively.

Hayne was on the wing practically all game last week ... norman was chiming in from fullback .... we changed it 60 minutes in this week cos norman was nowhere to be seen and salmon doesnt offer enough at this stage

The difference this week is our forwards didnt dominate ... and corey went MIA

Good game. We caused some carnage.

Agree that we shat ourselves with 20 to go. The two rookies on the bench left us with no punch and tired guys who were on for too long. That left moses with no room. His mate Salmon got overawed with the occasion. When we needed Norman, he was gassed as was Hayne.

Delicious irony that Camillions got injured in the wrestle. :joy:

I wouId potentially have him as an edge forward like a Graham style forward. At centre probably does get to run enough or use his skills.
