Titans debuting yet another fullback. They must grow on trees up there. Meanwhile the blind mice on our R&R group are flat out finding their arses. Don't come back with Iongi, one swallow does'nt make a summer.

Yep, nothing wrong with that. Genius move by BA but we have'nt had anyone on our roster who could put pressure on Gutho for his position. BA was only one voice on the R&R group
I don't think 'putting pressure on' star players is even a thing any more, at any club. They are on huge money, which limits the amount you can spend on their backups/competitors. If their form drops off, they're expected to play through and regain their form in first grade. Genuine NRL players getting dropped to reserve grade is extremely rare these days.

True, what I meant was we needed someone coming through showing some promise as depth. That has been a major problem for us in a number of positions. Some other teams don't seem to have that issue to the same extent. I agree you're likely to lose the better ones but that should'nt worry a development club like us :p

Raiders also had their halves out and lost Ropana early so basically their spine. Ricky's always seems to be able a few times a year get his side up against a top shelf side when they are 5 or 6-1 odds.
BA I don't think did it once in 11yrs. He is a far better coach.

So next week's Dolphins v Knights game decides who comes 8th... unless they play out a draw, in which case the winner of Dragons v Raiders leapfrogs them both.

The Dolphins really played themselves into finals contention smashing the Broncos, who are effectively f**ked and out of it now. And we really f**ked up the Dragons finals chances big time yesterday too - no wonder Flanagan was cranky at his side... Lomax should request leave for this weekend 😂.

Beat melbourne when they were going for 19 or was it 20 in row couple of years ago

Think we were 10/1 to win that game

Plus beat the Ruff couple of times when odds were high for a win
