I hope the club is doing a better job now and has a long term plan. Not a short term plan in buying Average players that no one wanted and turning them i to first graders. Develop our juniors.

I think our biggest issue has been the experienced guys and guys on bigger coin not delivering consistently, outside Gutho, and maybe Reg, theres quite few of them that have been disappointing , including Moses

Bringing average guys into our side they are still going to be average, but a necessity cause of the salary cap

We have seen average players put on a Storm or Penrith jersey in recent years and they look like better players, or perhaps they are not under the microscope as much due to success

We have hardly any players with mongrel and heart. Look at the Dogs yesterday. They fought for everything. It was ferocious.
Heaps more talented squads and skillfull but this side has the most team spirit I've seen so far. They'll give it a shake.
We need a terrier like Mahoney. A leader like Crighton.

Alot of the current squad are just used to being losers and are ok with it. (Like some fans...)
