What is this? Sarcasm? Frustration?
Mitch is well and truely capable of giving it to the Tigers he has done it for close to a decade and did when he took total control after Pezz went off.
Hopefully Moses get his hands on the ball more next week with Pezz gone.

It's probably frustration.

He's a downhill skier, as good as he is.

Always has been.

When we need him to take the game by the scruff of the neck, it's 50-50 whether we get the biccies, or not.

Let me say this - I am 100% confident that had Nathan Cleary been our 7 yesterday, we win...

Name a player that isnt a downhill skier then? It is stupid to try to ski uphill. Catch the lift.

If you said 55% confident this statement could be taken seriously.
(Although probably Cleary slots a few of those conversions if this is all you mean - we def need a goal kicker).

That is just silly. If you said 55% confident this statement could be taken seriously.

Nathan f**king Cleary - Penrith needed him to stand up in the Grand Final recently, so he said hold my beer, give me the ball, kicked a 40/20, and went berserk, and won Penrith the game.

Moses wants the big bucks, but doesn't want to perform to his price tag.

Cleary has always been surrounded by 7-8 state of origin players - that is down hill skying.
Heck Moses has been the one at origin level doing that between the 2 of them when they play together.

Those same 7-8 Origin players helped get the team behind on the scoreboard, until Cleary mounted a rescue mission...

I was going to mention something on here during the game. Moses touched the ref at least 4 times.
It is not a huge deal, just stop doing it - surely that is all the warning is about.

The NRL should issue a statement highlighting that tackle that Fox got the rib injury in (something really sarcastic and insulting to players who want to do that type of tackle). They should humiliate the guy rather than suspend him since it was not illegal.

Do we really have to make such a tackle illegal somehow.

We already did.

Avenger posted on TCT page about MON.
60s is a MON fan and called out avenger.
It's 17 or so minutes into the video

A regular listener might not agree with that opinion.

On a sidenote ( and not aimed at you) I have never understood why people have a go at TCT. Those two plus their other writer contributors on their website give their time for no or little reward. They have a deep knowledge of all grades and work very hard to bring new content twice weekly for literally 52 weeks a year. Yet some one here lampoon them and those who listen. I don't get it and the Eels fandom would be far worse off without them.

On Moses, he needs to reassess how he interacts with the refs. He is being paid massive dollars and should be commanding some respect, but he is going off and letting his emotions get the better of him. We had the same issue with Gutho- the refs simply get their backs up and stop listening.

Hopefully the universal condemnation from the NRL fan base is a wake up call to him.

Feel TCT have been pretty vocal about the shortcomings of our squad and the need for the the club to move immediately on sorting it out. They’ve bemoaned our lack of depth in key positions all pre-season.

they and everyone listening know that is direct criticism of MON and the recruitment team because they are responsible. They don’t have to name the bloke and bag him out.

they have a working relationship with the club in terms of access to club legends every week for meet and greets with fans, interviews with Joey Grima about pathways etc which they are looking to preserve for the benefit of their followers and our members/fans.

I don’t seen any point in going on a live stream of a podcast you have no time for, run by people you dislike or detest for how they choose to run their venture, just to bag them out? Just ignore them. Don’t watch their stuff, don’t interact. It’s schoolyard shit.
Agree on interview with guys like Joey Grima, Bernie, and even Nathan Brown in the past.
Def good content for fans interested in the club.
Not that you are saying this, but it’s not a binary choice between going soft and being a twat to their faces.
I reckon if you said to a guy like Bernie ‘it’s looks like we got ‘x’ wrong or we’re behind other clubs in ‘y’’ he’d take it on the chin and give you an answer.
Maybe they sense MON wouldn’t behave that way.

We were worst in almost every stat from yesterdays game and it's a worrying trend. Read what you want from them but they point to an Eels Mad Monday party in early September.
