McLean is rubbish

He is only 18 so I think still eligble for SG BALL. He'll be fine.

Penrith are in a full rebuild. They struggled last year for many games. Players get old mentally just as much as physically.
Their issue now is in 2-3 yrs when might be ready Yeo and Edward will be almost done. Too will be in decline. It might be more a 5yr rebuild before challenge again.

It's why often you see a side after a grand final loss turn to shit for a year or two. They burn out mentally not physically.

Blaize Talagi lol.

It makes me concerned our R&R recruitment rated this kid so highly last year.

He has shown nothing but being a typical over hyped junior that we pump through the grades that turns out to be useless.

Development club get that up ya Penrith.
You managed to turn us letting him go into a sledge against the club. Well done.

Let's be honest, the club deserved it
Is that right. They got Blaize and we got Iongi and somehow it's LOL at the Eels.

Spray away I guess. This forum has been a ghost town all week as normal after a win. Might as well find something to whinge about.

Going off your couple posts in this thread you sound cranky for a Friday.

I don't think anything i have said is untrue.

It's also not a sledge at the club it's a legitimate concern about our R&R team.

Our Club were so desperate to keep Blaize they offered him overs to what he deserved.

For me that's still a red alert on what type of player identification and value the recruitment team are currently rating atm.

And as a few on here keep pointing out our recruitment team have such a great track record of developing young talent you can count on one hand the blokes they have hand picked at a young age and turned out to be solid first graders.

Lucky we were such a rabble last year that Blaize thought he could further his career better at Penrith then us paying overs.

Can you imagine the next 4 years the hole we would have kept digging with us paying half a million a year for Blaize.

It would have been a disaster.

You're still posting about a player who we didn't re-sign and using that as a yardstick as how good our recruitment is.

This is like listening to that Hume woman who can spin up something bad about a lotto win.
