Kautoga should not play 1st grade again this season. He has dropped balls, almost thrown an intercept and missed crucial tackles. Sure you can’t be good at everything but he literally offers nothing to the team.

Simonssen has been best on field.
And hes got junior syndrome. He thinks he's a 6.just run it hard and straight

A few of our lads look like they would probably retire if given the choice. Lane for example is limp. He is semi retired.
For all the praise of that doco he made, which was fair enough broadly, it was obvious from watching it that he’s got no passion for the game. Sadly I think that would go for quite a few blokes on our squad.

Ryles has no idea he is putting that useless Fijian second rower back on for the second half

First try against us by round:

1 - 5th minute
2 - 26th minute
3 - 4th minute
4 - 8th minute
5 - 16th minute
6 - 6th minute

Anyway, I can see Raiders doing what Dolphins did in the second half last year and put 40 on this half.

I agree with all of that. My concern at the moment is that it’s a very big if as to whether we will look better in a reasonable period of time. Ryles said all the right things in preseason, but so far none of that is translating to results. It remains to be seen whether it ever will.
Yep definitely It’s all going to come down to how he shapes the squad over the next 12 months and the emergence of our next crop of juniors. I thing I would say is that Ryles seemed to get some sort pf response from the team over the last few weeks but this sort of performance tonight is nothing new (especially in Darwin - thank f**k we’re not coming back!) so It’s much more into the mentality of our players than anything else. It’s interesting that over the last few years that the team becomes despondent when a major injury or suspension has occurred. They’ve shown no resilience since that night in Townsville 2022.
