On a positive note dynamic runner Kane Evans had his best running game of the year for us. In the previous 3 games he has made 5 runs each game for less than 10m a run. Tonight he made.....wait for it.....6 runs for less than 10m a run.

He still made three times as many tackles as runs. Paulo and Boyd made less than twice as many. That's how we need to use Evans. He was also our only middle forward to make more than one offload.

Evans for mine is the No 6 middle forward you have when you have a great team. He's not really required in a great team, but he can come on for 20-25 mins in the middle of the game to give your real middle forwards a bit of a rest.

Evans had a good start to his stint....then we started giving away penalties like sex pests give away candy....

Well he did that’s why we had peats. And despite hineyrulz adamant that BA never makes mistakes, even BA said in hindsight it was probably a mistake to move him on

He's not a dynamic runner. The stats this year back it up. He is a backup first grader. The fact we are paying him anywhere near 400k is an embarrassment. He brings nothing to this team.
