Hopefully Mitch is in the 17... and not a late exclusion, for a switch with Walker and Papalli or Matterson to come in.

And hopefully Mitch hasn't rushed his recovery and doesn't get re-injured.

That said we're a weak bunch, and as named with obvious defensive issues at edge forward on both sides of the park... Tigers by 14.

We just have to simplify things. After all, it is a simple game. Run hard, tackle hard, hang onto the ball, make your tackles, chase the kicks.

With Moses back, the Tigers should start every set 10 metres in from touch and 10 metres out from their goal line. This is something we've relied on for more than 5 years and wasn't something that we were going to adapt to quickly.

We just have to make it happen. A poor performance today and they might as well just give us the spoon now.

We’ve defended well enough in patches of games - but errors and poor options have put us under constant pressure which we havent been able to hold out. Moses kicking game and direction should ease those passage of constant pressure we kept getting under, as well as sharpen our attack massively.

we probably win that round 2 game vs tigers if Moses is on the field as we turn that first 15-20mins of dominance into 3-4 tries and the tigers are never in it. Similarly we probably beat the bulldogs.

I know Moses doesn’t on his own fix 13 blokes defence, but it’s mainly under fatigue that we have crumbled apart - and Moses game goes a long way to limiting or countering those fatigue moments (and giving them instead to the opposition).

I think we win, and well.
