Well I agree with Golden-point or Golden-try to decide games that need a result (Origin, semis ect..), but for ordinary premiership games it's ridiculous.
I think in the regular season games they should have it but give both teams 1 point and if someone scores then they get the second point.
Then you have to increase the premiership points allocated to three.
Cant have "normal" games getting a total of 2 points and "golden point" games having a total of 3 points.
I think he's saying that at the conclusion of the real game both teams get one then whoever wins golden point gets one.
A lot of half wits watch the games and need a 'result'. They do not understand that a draw is a legitimate result and would rather see a tough match turn into a field goal shoot-out.
As half-wit money is as good as any money, the lowest common denominator gets catered to, yet again.

Which means that at the end of golden point you have a team with 2 points and a team with 1 point, which cannot happen.
you cant have the Panthers and the Dogs get 1 point each at the end of 80 minutes and then give another point to whoever wins in golden point.

Golden Point should be Golden Try so we see attacking football.
Are you guys serious about getting rid of Golden Point? If its a draw it feels empty. You doint know if you should feel happy or sad.
