I agree...the key being to bind the current group and any big name signing into playing for something supplementary to their pay packet.

Create the mindset of playing for the JERSEY.

I also agree and have been sayng for a long time, we dont need to many imports, just hang onto our kids

I dont care if it takes 2 or 3 years, if they learn together they gel together and hopefully become loyal

some one mentioned Stirlo and Co, and they all played together in teh lower grades
