I dream all the time, but whether they ever come to pass or actually mean anything is another matter altogether. Sometimes I think I'd rather spend my whole life asleep, because in dreams you can do anything and get away with it and stuff that doesn't happen in real life happens in dreams and I love it. I've been writing down the dreams I've had since April.
There was a period when I kept having dreams about being attacked by animals. Then for ages I'd dream that I'd be out and suddenly the sky would cloud over and I knew a storm was coming. I'd try to run away as fast as I could but it would be like trying to run under water and suddenly a lightning bolt would strike really close to where I was. Sometimes the roar of thunder would be so loud that I'd wake up and I'd be shaking and my heart would be thumping.
I've had a few dreams about Ayrton Senna over the years, either watching him race or seeing him. Once I dreamt that I managed to convince him not to race in the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix because he would die, and I was so happy that he wasn't going to die (I told hrundi 99 about that one)
. Another time I was walking along the circuit and I came to the corner where he was killed. I turned around and thought "Surely this man was God." Other than that I'll have dreams about trying one of his racing helmets on or racing a go-kart and he'll be on the track as well.
Over the past few months there have been a fair amount of servo's appearing in my dreams, either driving by them or leaving my car behind a dumpster at one or whatever. I don't really know why but I'm not too concerned. Like being attacked by animals or just missing getting struck by lighting, I guess it's just a phase I'm going through.
