I have just looked at the guide and the 1st game is being shown roughly 18 hrs after the game is played.I hope they show the rest of the season in live broadcast and not just delayed all the time.

I hope they're on non-digital all season coz I aint got one of these new fangled digital thingies. Looks like I'll be up all night Saturday night/Sunday morning then. Lukcy I don't work this Sunday. Don't know what it's going to be like when I do have to. Might be VCR for me too. Can't wait for Celtic at Leeds, although I can't see anything other than a comfortable Leeds win.

Awesome. Usually I start my season with an early morning vigil for the Club Challenge but this year it'll be a much earlier morning vigil for the Crusaders first game. Dont know if I'll be up that early for many of the other games but I also have one of those fancy recording thingies which may get dusted off and used for the first time in who knows how long.

Also, are we only getting one game a week or are there plans for several a week?

There are usually only two games televised in the UK/Europe in each round. So we'd only get a maximum of two.

This first weekend is a bit weird, as there are only three games being played, all from different rounds later in the season (not round one). There is only one game televised in the UK this weekend - the one being shown by 9.

We'll see the pattern from the next weekend onwards. But the UK live/broadcast time can jump around a little week to week, especially with the Saturday night (our Sunday morning) game... and Challenge Cup weekends will usually be played in the day which will be another different live broadcast time.

Best to always check your program guides close to the weekends if you plan on staying up or recording for later.
