Well as a Pommie born and bred (with a hint of Irish for good measure :D ) I'd be honoured to put my hand up to represent ROTW.

C'mon folks, we need to stick together if we want to stuff the Aussies and Kiwis. We've got a good squad there for El C to choose from, let's not spoil it with personal differences.

I went to Augsburg (kinda near Munich. It's in the state of Bavaria) this year. It's a beautiful place. Good food and beer as well

pretty good ParraMatt... the spelling needs a little work though (especially since you actually said "no" instead of 9). Also, as much as you may want it to be, it's sechs, not sex.

Keeping in line with what was mentioned above, here's a list of dates to remember regarding ROW team business:

Monday 14th June - Announcement of team Vice Captain.

Sunday 20th July - Team logo revealed.

Friday 16th July - Ten Man ROW Squad Announced.

Saturday 17th July - Starting Rotation Announced.

Sunday 18th July - Wednesday 28th July - vs Australia in Match.

We'll more or less try to use these dates as a guideline folks in an attempt to keep ourselves as organised as possible, and hopefully to remind us about the match as I know it's still a long way away. If I can find a place to host it, I'll look to get a one-off team website going for the clash as well. In the meantime, keep doing all you can for your club and continue to progress this comp to escalating heights.

Cheers all.

Note: All dates are subject to change pending any changes made to the scheduled match time or any other circumstances which may interfere with the schedule. The dates are designed to comply with club schedules and give each player every opportunity of staking his/her claim for selection (it seems only fair to do this).

Hehe, I had no idea it was you dude actually. Surprise! :D

Ideally, I would like to give a person who isn't captain of a team the chance to step up to the plate. I'm a firm believer in spreading around opportunities. Although in saying that I am looking for a person with leadership skills whom may well be a captain...may be, may not be? I'm not sure at this stage what will happen yet dude. I'm currently focused on beating those Newtown Jets
