Mcmanus is starting to frustrate me. Every time he runs the ball he dives towards the ground. I know he's doing it to get a quick play the ball, but he offers no chance of getting an offload away or making decent metres as a result. He's become very one dimensional and the defense must be becoming aware of this. If he had the size that Uate has, I dare say he would bring the ball back in a different fashion. He was very safe on Wednesday night and that should be commended however.

Tariq had some pretty important touches, too. Yeah, all our boys played well today.

Hopefully Tariq can bring today's form back to club level. He was excellent in attack and defense. Aku was up there probably as the best winger with Jimmy not too far behind. Thought Snowy did well too.

Then again I can't quite remember a City vs Country game where our players embarrassed themselves.

All of our lads put in a good showing last week for rep teams. Why did they look like duds today? There is clearly something wrong but noone is putting their hand up and making the big calls. 5 straight losses is disgusting.
