Gibbs and Wade are '18th men' for city.

The 18th man/men are often called into the team for these fixtures, I wouldn't be surprised to see one or both get the call up. Just reward for good form on all counts, particularly Wade.

Gal also prop for Australia.

I am a proud NSWelshman who lived in QLD for 30 years of my life. In terms of following, understanding and knowing QLD football, I would know more about it than the average QLD supporter.

QLD will be laughing their collective heads off with idiots like Fittler, Daley and Stuart all being part of the NSW selection process.

There just isn't enough bandwidth to discuss their stupidity.

Here's the thing about Origin - it's only 3 games of football, yet the NSW Coach wants to see week in week out consistency.

You pick your grubbiest grubs - Ennis, Watmough, Gallen, Bird. Pick players that absolutely HATE QLD.

You pick the players that QLD LEAST want to play against.

You don't pick blokes who decide when they do and don't play - Buderus.

You don't pick pretty boys, you pick men who will give blood for the Blue jersey.

It is an absolute disgrace.
