I don't mean to niggle this issue Mario, but I know madden don't have to worry about hair styles and they have tight cloes etc, but what about FIFA? True they are only 11 a team also, but they have incredible variation of hair style's, faces, uniforms and even facial expressions aswell as unbelievably detailed and active crowds!
Thats one thing that was really poor in the graphics department of NRL, the crowds... it seemed that everyone in the crowd were just wearing different coloured warriors jumpers!

Well, I don't really want to use it as an excuse, but again the EA FIFA series has a much larger team, bigger budgets, longer development timeframes, and a long game franchise history to draw on.

The Sidhe team is a talented bunch (if I do say so myself), but expectations need to stay realistic around what is achievable on a limited budget.

In any case, no sense worrying about it until screenshots appear (and given a sequel hasn't been announced yet, that could be a while).

it's not an excuse, Mario. EA have been working on their fifa stuff since, what .... 1994 or something? That's a long time to evolve and improve the core. Releasing nigh on 2 games a year certainly helps the budget

well i kinda agree that those ea sports tittles have been around for awhile..and thats helped them turn into a game with great graphics..but..

for starters there are companies that just start out and there able to release games that look almost or in some cases better then madden and fifa ( ESPN nfl series, the 2005 version on xbox is just about the best looking sports game).

the espn series started out in 2001, back then there graphics were almost as good as madden except for some detail isuess.

i know that its only one example of a company releasing a sports game that can look just as good as the competition.

As for the budget well i guess you cant do much there eh...but if there is another version u do know that alot of people would be expecting something alot better then the last version..lol

dont get me started on the bugs in that game lol...kicking conversions then hearing voss saying 'his missed that' even though it went over the black dot and whats worse u dont get the points either..lol

that bug has been the death of me in matches against friends lol.

I don't have the PC version of rugby league, I only have it on PS2. Is there any chance of getting all these designed jerseys and patches on PS2. If you can then can someone please tell me how.

Thanks.

But honestly, I thought the graphics were 'good enough' to have an enjoyable game, I definetley know ive gotten over 150 hours out of it. Ill be happy if they could just improve the graphics slightly. There is no need for super graphics yet.

Oh yeah, for timmos high res jersey's, although they are great, I did notice the roosters away jersey was a bit off (only in a very minor way though) and have adjusted it slightly (the SAMSUNG logo is the wrong colour and is to shallow on the back, also the V on the front is too deep)... I know I'm being incredably pedantic, but if any roosters fans want it I'll email it to you or anyone who can host it.

I can't seem to make any screenshots of my players running around in their new jerseys.

Can anyone help with this?
