Hate to kick someone when they are down or a club for that matter.

But after supporting the Tigers and having to put up with the crap served up by the news.com.au journalist (Foxtel) amongst others, how good is it to see the 'Pride of the League' and the perennial under-achievers based up the Parramatta River, get it from the nufty journalists.

Yep. I was waiting for the tigers stories to come out this week, along the lines of false dawn or similar, but not a peep.

That effort from Manu tonight, Roosters v Knights, was awesome to watch. 307m, 108 SC points. Machine!

He did the 2 things you want from a fullback in attack. Support up the middle all night long, and return general play kicks when he has the ball in his hand as hard as he could. No dishing it off to others to do the hard work for you.

If you do that all other good things are going to start happening for and you'll have the respect and buy-in of your team mates forever.

This is what we need Bula to be focusing on every week

On Saturday morning, Papenhuyzen was hit with a $750 fine with an early guilty plea for the tackle on Addo-Carr in the 32nd minute, which went undetected at the time. Rookie NRL referee Wyatt Raymond likely missed it because Addo-Carr immediately bounced back to his feet.

It would seem so. Galvin with no form on the board got 2 weeks and he didn't leave his feet. Paps did leave his feet in a classic hip drop. Neither opposing player was significantly injured.

Richardson should send an email to Annesley asking to address this discrepancy during his Monday morning BS session. I'd like to hear his excuse, umm, I mean answer.

Probably that he's shit scared of Bellamy.

I wondered how this works?
I still think the club would cover it.

I don't think the club is allowed. I believe they used to but the NRL somehow got wise to the fact the club, via the coaches, were instructing the players to do these things. I think the idea of the player paying it was to ensure complete accountability

Yeah, probably show up on the books as a deduction from his salary, but easily rorted I think, there would be no way to know in the end?
Some of the silly things players do and get fined for, don't deserve any assistance from the club.

Fisher-Harris, a New Zealand international, will link up with the Warriors in 2025 on a four-year deal.
He's better than AFB so win win for the Warriors.

Or it could end a player's career, like the way Ben Smith rubbed out Taneila Tuiaki. Smith wasn't sanctioned and then he did the same thing to Nathan Fien in the first game of the 2010 season, breaking his fibula and dislocating his right ankle. The hipdrop crackdown might be fifteen years too late, but it's started now and needs to be enforced properly. Giving blokes like Paps a slap on the wrist will just encourage players to roll the dice.

Docker-Clay give great service out of dummy-half, real slick passing that has a roll effect with the outside backs.
On the otherhand, Cheese is clunky but makes up for it by playing eyes up footy.
At the start of the vid there are a couple of examples that players like Api & Smith excel at.
