A mentality of jumping at shadows. Everybody who has supplied that information & who is commenting on it, & encouraging people to jump at shadows, is a leftyn nut case, tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist.

With all the fanfare of the. " blackest day in Australian sport", could you blame anyone for falling for it?

In hindsight, our club could have acted differently but still no one knows where this is heading.

I do agree though that our club has been too readily influenced by public / press, instead of riding out the wave & then making an informed / unemotional decision. This has been goin on for years & years though because we have always been (& still are) the easy target.

Just catching up on this thread. You could imagine the conversation with Ings and his contacts in ASADA going something like ..."Hey how's the investigation going?:...reply "'are well I cant say too much but we are having trouble getting hold of the players we need to speak to"...."oh from the sharks you mean?" ..."well I cant say Richard as you know but we are having trouble lining up the schedules at the moment". Well that manifest into the Sharks aren't co-operating, when what it should really mean is getting the ASADA and players together in the same room without interfering with the work of both sides is difficult. If Ings has any information it would be heavily distorted by his opinions in my view. If he doesn't work for them any more again in my opinion he would only be getting very general information that he would be extrapolating on the basis of his prior inside knowledge.
