Agree. I reckon he will walk- the rumour of Canberra coaching co-ordinator would be very tempting for 2011 onwards.

Imagine, not having to consider us harping, 'no nothing fans' who should only have worshipped at his feet and hung adoringly on to his every word rather than question his actions, words and results. Canberra presents fresh fields of endeavour.

Sheens always waits for the finger to go up, he is not a walker, besides being pushed is usually a better result for your bank balance and like most people in the NRL Sheens is all about himself its and the way you have to be to survive so long

Whilst I agree thats his history, I have a feeling a synchronicity is developing between events and there is a new opportunity growing for Teflon in 2011 at Canberra and staying, for what nearly evenryone will acknowledge would be his last season, in 2011 at WT would be a best treading water. Plus there would be the increasing pressure building if WT are not well placed in the latter half of 2010 season.

Maybe the allure of greener pastures will win.

Exactly.

Sheens walks, he departs a conquering hero with a new mountain to climb.

Sheens waits to be pushed, he departs an old, washed-up, former rugby league hero with nothing but his happy, but fading memories.

Why not double your pension, get the payout from tigertown than take the golden egg from who is silly enough to give it to you and their will be plenty of clubs willing to part with plenty to get him.

I'd like to think / hope / pray that he has mellowed in his older years but no doubt there would be some negotiation required around the edges.

The longer he stays, the less his pension will actually be worth to him. There's only so much money you can spend in your declining years, after all... Fitzhenry and Morris will be looking to cash in on their inheritances, though, so I guess it stands to reason that he will try to push his price up in any way he can.

We will make the top 8- Sheens will be here for another 3-4 years yet gents- and thank god if Sticky is the alternate.........

I would never ever ever hand my membership back, but if the club sign a hack like stuart we will slide massively...it would set us back 10-15 years.....
