Just found it interesting when talking about the game plans and stuff and he said he has a lot of input into them, also timmy gets to have his say in them as well. Suprised me a bit to hear this as all you usually hear is how strict Brian is and you have to follow his instructions exactly.

Yes that is true. But if a play is good, then a good coach should listen...
